1. Overview

This Copyright Policy explains how to report content on InnoBee that you believe infringes your copyright, and how we respond to such reports. It supplements our IP Policy, which covers intellectual property ownership more broadly.

InnoBee respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. Filing a Notice of Infringement

If you believe content on InnoBee infringes your copyright, send a written notice to copyright@innobee.buzz including:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (a URL is ideal)
• Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

3. Our Response

On receiving a complete notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the user who posted it, typically within a few business days depending on complexity.

Repeat infringers — accounts subject to multiple valid infringement notices — will have their accounts suspended or terminated.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to copyright@innobee.buzz including:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts

5. False Claims

Submitting a knowingly false infringement notice or counter-notice may expose you to legal liability. Do not submit a notice unless you are confident the use is genuinely unauthorized.
