How ranking methods work

Every challenge picks one ranking method when it's created: weighted average, simple average, TOPSIS, community vote, hybrid, adversarial (Kill Zone), endorsement tree, or backer count. The creator and judges see the method in the Judging tab, and it determines how individual judge scores are combined into a final leaderboard.
