Common issues

A few things that come up most often: if a magic link email hasn't arrived, check spam and confirm you're checking the inbox you actually signed up with. If a page seems stuck loading or shows stale data, a hard refresh resolves most of these. If a submission won't save, check whether the challenge's submission window has already closed — locked challenges won't accept edits. If something looks broken in a way that isn't explained by the above, it's worth checking System Status before assuming it's specific to your account.
