Innovation Manager — InnoBee Careers

As Innovation Manager, you'll work directly with organisations creating challenges on InnoBee — helping them turn a rough idea into a well-structured hackathon, pitch competition, or internal innovation program. You'll draw on InnoBee's 50+ challenge types and judging models to recommend the right setup, and work with InnoBee platform to speed up brief-writing and rubric design.

What we're looking for

Experience running or supporting innovation programs, hackathons, or challenge-based initiatives
Comfortable explaining judging methodology and challenge structure to non-technical stakeholders
Strong written communication — much of this role is guiding people through documents and briefs
Genuine interest in open innovation and how peer-to-peer platforms are changing corporate innovation management
